1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pam4d website at https://pam4d.one, including all subpages, features, services, and mobile browser interfaces operated thereunder.
• "pam4d", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform and all affiliated entities responsible for its operation and management.
• "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered a pam4d account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a Member on the Platform, through which all gaming, wagering, and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits and promotional funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or incentive amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game entry placed by a Member using real-money Balance or Bonus Funds on any product available on the Platform, including sportsbook markets, casino games, slots, and togel draws.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process pam4d is required to conduct on Members prior to processing withdrawals or at any point pam4d deems necessary.
• "IDR" and "Rp" mean Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the time zone used for all platform-side processing windows, support hours, and draw schedules unless stated otherwise.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as updated from time to time, together with any supplemental product-specific rules published on the Platform.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the pam4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. pam4d applies a 21+ age restriction across all products, in recognition of Indonesia's cultural and regulatory standards regarding adult entertainment. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration and during the period in which you maintain an active Account.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion on the pam4d Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of pam4d or any of its technology, data, or studio providers, where such a relationship would create a conflict of interest.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the real-money services of the pam4d Platform, you must complete the registration process via the pam4d Login page. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the pam4d Platform. The operation of duplicate, parallel, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited. Where pam4d identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts belonging to that individual may be suspended and all associated balances forfeited without prior notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not disclose your username, password, or one-time authentication codes to any third party. pam4d will never request your password via email, live chat, or any channel other than the official login interface. Any activity conducted through your Account — regardless of whether it was authorized by you — is your responsibility. You must notify pam4d support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point — including KYC documents, payment account details, and contact information — is truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds. You are responsible for keeping your registered information up to date; changes can be submitted through your Account settings or by contacting support.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

pam4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming standards. The following conditions apply:

• KYC verification is required before the processing of any withdrawal request.
• pam4d may request KYC documentation at any point during the lifecycle of an Account, at its sole discretion, including at the point of deposit, prior to bonus activation, or following any transaction that pam4d's risk systems flag for review.
• Accepted KYC documents include: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, and Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP). Proof of residential address may be required in addition to identity documents.
• Documents must be clear, legible, unaltered, and currently valid. Expired documents will not be accepted.
• pam4d will process KYC submissions within three (3) WIB business days of receiving a complete document set. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for the missing information.
• Where KYC verification cannot be completed to pam4d's satisfaction, pam4d reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges or close the Account entirely, returning any unencumbered real-money Balance to the payment source used for the most recent deposit.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

pam4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). pam4d does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment processors not listed on the Platform.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation of receipt by pam4d's payment processing system. Standard processing time is under two (2) minutes for bank transfers and instant for most e-wallet channels.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned to the source account.
• pam4d reserves the right to impose deposit limits in accordance with its responsible gaming obligations. Members may also set voluntary deposit limits through their Account settings.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the pam4d Account holder, as verified through KYC.
• Completed KYC verification is a prerequisite for all withdrawals.
• Withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes of approval during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing at the start of the next business session.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of request. These limits may vary by payment method and Member tier.
• Bonus Funds that have not satisfied their applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be deducted from any withdrawal request that would otherwise include them.
• pam4d does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer charges, for which pam4d accepts no responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

pam4d offers a range of promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free-bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Imlek, and Independence Day (17 August). All promotions are governed by these general terms and by any additional specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount — or a multiple thereof as specified — on eligible games or markets before any portion of the Bonus Funds converts to withdrawable Balance. The precise multiple, eligible products, minimum odds, and time limits for each promotion are stated in the promotion's specific terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional structures through low-risk hedging strategies, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, or coordinating with other Members to systematically extract bonus value — is strictly prohibited. pam4d reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6.4 Promotion Availability

pam4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations to Members who have already satisfied the conditions for a promotion prior to its modification or discontinuation.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply across all pam4d gaming products. Product-specific rules — covering sportsbook markets (bandar bola, mix parlay, voor bola handicap lines), live casino table games, slot titles, and togel draw formats — are published in the relevant product sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All Wagers are final once confirmed by the Platform. Wagers cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the Member after confirmation, except where an explicit cash-out feature is available for a given market and the Member uses it prior to event settlement.
• pam4d reserves the right to void any Wager placed on an event or market that is subsequently found to have been subject to irregular activity, data error, pricing error, or technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical failure that prevents a game from completing, pam4d will follow the relevant product's void-and-refund policy, which is to return the stake to the Member's Balance.
• Sportsbook odds, casino game RTP rates, and togel prize tables are published on the Platform and subject to change. The odds or RTP applicable to a Wager are those displayed at the moment the Wager is confirmed.
• Winnings from successful Wagers are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon event or game settlement, subject to any verification checks pam4d is required to perform under its anti-fraud procedures.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pam4d Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Wagers or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other Members — including coordinating bets, sharing hole-card information in live casino games, or otherwise acting in concert to disadvantage pam4d or other Members.
• Match-fixing, insider-information wagering, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false identity documents or impersonating another individual during KYC.
• Registering multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming promotions multiple times.
• Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by pam4d

pam4d reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: a Member has breached these Terms; an Account poses a fraud or money-laundering risk; a Member's gambling behaviour indicates a problem gambling situation requiring intervention; or pam4d is required to act by applicable law or regulatory direction.

9.2 Closure by Member

Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting pam4d support. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account — net of any non-withdrawable Bonus Funds and pending Wagers — will be returned to the Member's verified payment account within seven (7) WIB business days. Self-exclusion requests are processed with priority and take effect within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.

9.3 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure, all pending promotions and Bonus Funds are immediately forfeited. Access to the Platform's real-money services will be permanently revoked for self-excluded Members. Members who have been closed for terms violations may be permanently banned from re-registering on the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pam4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, text, software, game assets, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of pam4d or its licensed content providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pam4d content. Unauthorized use of any pam4d intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pam4d's total liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any Wager — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pam4d shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss, whether or not pam4d was advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity failures, mobile network degradation, third-party payment processor outages, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government actions.
• Errors in third-party data feeds used to populate sportsbook odds or event results, provided pam4d takes reasonable corrective action upon becoming aware of the error.
• Any gambling losses incurred by a Member as a result of their own wagering decisions. Gambling inherently involves risk, and pam4d does not guarantee any outcome or return.

12 Privacy & Data

pam4d processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for KYC verification, fraud detection, responsible gaming monitoring, payment processing, and marketing communications (where you have provided consent for marketing).

pam4d does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers directly engaged in the operation of the Platform — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios, and customer support tooling — under strict data processing agreements.

13 Responsible Gaming

pam4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its products. The following tools are available to all Members at no charge through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period, after which further wagering is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a specified period of continuous platform use.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of between 24 hours and 30 days, during which no deposits or Wagers may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request that pam4d prevent re-registration for a minimum period of six (6) months or indefinitely.

14 Amendments

pam4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects Members' rights or obligations, pam4d will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice by publishing the revised Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Members via the contact details on file. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure and return of any eligible Balance.

15 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operators. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any Wager that cannot be resolved through pam4d's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, conducted in the English language.

pam4d acknowledges that it operates in a jurisdiction — Indonesia — where the legal status of online gambling is subject to ongoing regulatory development. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction. Members are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the applicable laws in their place of residence before using the Platform.
